Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include our scheduling, invoicing, and payment software (Jobber and its payment processors), our email delivery provider, Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection on our forms), Google (Analytics, Ads, and Tag Manager), and Microsoft Clarity (site usage analytics).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google and Microsoft to measure traffic and the performance of our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. The site works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor warranties, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to those requirements.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving texts or emails from us, by contacting us using the details below. Virginia residents may have additional rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act where it applies.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and our service providers use industry-standard encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
