Using this website

The content on this site is general information about garage doors, openers, and our services. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection. Garage door springs, cables, and doors carry heavy loads and can cause serious injury; any repair you attempt yourself is at your own risk.

Prices, product details, and availability shown on the site are subject to change and are not an offer. Your written estimate or quote is what applies to your job.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the conditions we can see at the time. If we find hidden damage or conditions that change the scope of work, we will explain the change and get your approval before doing additional work.

Scheduling and appointments

We will give you an arrival window and let you know if anything changes. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. You agree to provide safe access to the garage and work area at the scheduled time.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless your quote or invoice states otherwise. Deposits may be required for special-order doors and openers, and special-order items may not be returnable once ordered. We may send invoices and accept payment through our scheduling and invoicing software.

Warranties

Doors, openers, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which the manufacturer honors under its own terms. Any workmanship warranty we provide will be stated on your quote or invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, vehicle impact, weather events, lack of maintenance, or repairs or modifications made by others.

Text messages and communications

By providing your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your quote, appointment, job, or invoice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under Virginia law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Roanoke, Virginia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. The terms in effect when you accept a quote apply to that job.
